Are you doing a 1 week plan? That would seem appropriate since you seem to run a marathon every weekend.

No, but LOL.  A 12 week plan for Paris.  My next one is Disney in two weeks, one week recovery, and then training for Paris.

I ran 12 marathons in 2013, including a double (one marathon Saturday and one Sunday).  That's as many stars I want to have on the Maniacs unless I decide to do something really crazy, but I am OK with 4 stars.

 

20 mpw shit is because COACH says I've been marathon training for a year without a break and need some rest.  #bullshit

I ran 26 last week!  I was ill in bed half of it, but still!

I did a workout! If you can call it that - 1 mile walk, upper body and core strength training (level: wimpy), 1 mile walk.
