Now that you've set the bar high, you're going to accomplish some great stuff this racing season!

Um, did he mention he finished 4th overall, out of 1118?

Dude, when you tackle that mile race again you are going to crush it if you were capable of a 6:15 in the third mile of a 5k!

              Congrats on a great race!

Amazing job!  I'm also glad to see that other people are having great success with Daniels.  His book was the first running book I read, and still the only one.  I feel like I'm still learning from it.  It makes more sense, the more time I spend running and the more times I reference it.  I'm still amazed that you finished with such a great time, after such a messy start.  Very impressive.

My official time has been adjusted to 19:57, which ironically, is what my Garmin read.  That was really bothering me so I am glad that was figured out!

                  Go figure

Congrats! Your training has been great, and you deserve this for getting your butt out there for all those winter runs. Nice job keeping your head and making the most of the day. Maybe the negative split 5k is the trick!

Readers should be aware that photo in singlet & shorts was taken at about 38 degrees, 30 wind chill.

Yes, it was cold as hell!  You should see what I am wearing now, I look like I am heading to Antarctica!

We're gonna have to hook up for a run one of these days.  You got hills out there right?  Maybe I'll come out there for a trot one of these days.

Thanks peeps!  I could not believe my eyes when I finally looked at my watch.  It was an incredible moment!

                              Thanks!

Scrape actually recommended them...well, indirectly.  He actually kicked quite a bit of running game when he posted here.  I would give him a chest pound, but he would probably flip me the bird in return lol!

Awood, Daniels is a tough nut to crack, but I really enjoy the challenge!

Banshee, I laughed my ass off at that!  That was so random!
