All this time I've been using right-handed aid stations and didn't even realize it!

Most marathons I do have on both sides so I don't know.

Slymoon, I already look at 'doubles'...I think it's my old eyes....

Sweatfest about says it, D2!  Sounds like you have the same weather I do.

Enjoy your SRD, Jack, hope it helps your legs feel better.

Well, Damaris, I'm not quite sure what a pilates reformer is, but I bet he's quite happy to have you on top of him.

Good luck with the 10 later, B-Plus.

Dang, Baboon, virtual goody bag, that kinda sucks...give me some REAL stuff  for FREE in an actual goody bag!   Virtual goody bag, pah. If an RD tried that here in Texas he/she would risk being strung up.

And my arms are now like Scotty's legs: gelatinous.  And yet, they still look a helluva lot better than mine, Step,

I have been on one of those, it was very difficult to not shake, rattle and roll that first time.  lol

I ended up switching around my schedule so that I did my long run today, instead of the MLR.  Ended up with 16.2 miles, 1160 feet of elevation gain and 80 degree temps at the end.  I'm pleasantly tired right now.   That's my longest run since my last marathon, so I was pleased it  went so well.  With my Hernia Hill Half and the SF marathon coming up, i needed to get my butt off the TM and outside into the hills.

                      Life is good.
