A new PB. This am when I was almost done with my run 8.2 miles I ran to the end of the block and back to the house to get in the last .1.
I would have been pissed had my month ended at 149.9. Last sat my long run was 13.99 what the hell is that about.

After the whopping 4 miles I ran today, my total is 198.5 for the month. I might have to go home and run another 1.5. I like round numbers.

For March, I have just over 200 miles on my schedule, which will be a PB for me.
79.4. I would have run another .6 but my week was already somewhat padded and I'm trying not to push my luck.
