I was about to stockpile DST 18s but some jerkosaurus rex bought out the ENTIRE stock of women's size 9s from Running Warehouse like, a day after I checked to make sure they still had a bunch :C
So right now I have
2 pairs of DST 18 - one is all but dead/emergency treadmill use only, one is just perfectly broken in
1 pair of DST 19
1 pair of Adidas Adizero Tempo 6
Too many shoes for someone who can't use them for more than 20 mpw without falling apart!

I feel your pain! I have been playing it really close as I would like two more pair of 18's to go with the two that I have.
From what I understand there is not much different fit-wise between the 18 and 19, it's just that the color scheme of the 19 leaves me wanting more. I am thus hesitant to buy it and hopefully will not have to if I finally pull the trigger on the 18's which are currently 59 bucks.
That will get me to next spring where hopefully the 2015 model will lose that electric blue or whatever color that is.
