This is what I did today
Former Bad Ass
Awwww.
Damaris
Onemile, love the pictures of Bruno & Gracie!
Onemile, don't remember if I asked you, and if I did, I don't remember the answer. How did you like the recovery plan? I know sometimes you complained that it wasn't worth getting all ready to run for 20 minutes, but now that it's done? Do you feel like you lost less fitness, or that it was easier to get back into running than what you were doing before? Would you do it again?
MTA: poor dogs, they don't look too happy with the hat. Well one of them doesn't.
I'm not sure about fitness loss because I have just been running easy but I think it helped get the sluggish / heavy / dead legged feeling out of my legs a lot faster than what I normally do. It feels frustrating doing the 20 minute runs and taking a million rest days but my legs seemed to recover faster so yeah, I would do it again.
Which one?

Ah. I thought Bruno was giving you the fish eye. lol
He's more like "Treat, treat, treat, GIVE ME TREAT"
I see it now!
Thanks, guys. Super happy with the last two months this year!
Men!
Thanks.
I was talking about the upper right pic. Probably because he/she is keeping his/her ears low, so it doesn't look very happy.
LOL

Great race Damaris!
ROS: You got that sub-2.
Nice LRs everyone! 13 on a TM Shortii! 20 in the snow CY! That's how I got an AT, but it was only 8 miles, and about 8".
Coastal: Easy peasy.
