    Good morning all!

Thank you to all service members past and present, we couldn't be doing this without you. Great respect and appreciation.

Congrats on everyone's race efforts, there should be a few more races finishing up this morning.

    Rest day here

What great racing yesterday by so many.

Jay -- you smoked that race!

Phil -- Fantastic job.  It sounds like the weather did not cooperate, but you pushed through.   I bet those legs are tired and sore this morning (all except robo-kneee of course)

Jack and Ms Jack -- Congrats.  So close on Ms Jack to BQing, but what a great debut for her.  Love the recovery picture.

After a busy day visiting friends and wine tasting yesterday, I've got a fairly lazy day planned for me.  Do some laundry, go for an easy run.  Maybe take a nap.

      Life is good.

Given that he ran it so fast it will take longer to remember than it did to execute.

                            Super first 10K Dave.

Are you hooked yet?  I mentioned your possibility in the 5K - should have made my prediction for this one too.  Now that you've got the first one under your belt, and have some idea of the pacing, I'd say a sub 44 is within sight.  That's based on you almost 1 minute negative splits in this race.  Way to go.

GREAT job Dave. That's a heck of a debut. I tried a 10k a little earlier on in my running career and I think it was like a 1:08Tight lippedx.
