                  Most ever or close?

I had to check and it looks like this is a tie with post-CIM but the most ever was actually after Boston when I took 12 days off. I actually don't even remember the reason for that.

In this case, I tried running Saturday (after only five days off) but my calf put a stop to that and I didn't even make it 200m

198.8.  I'm surprised it's that high.  It doesn't feel like I ran that much, probably because I've had a good number of hard bike workouts.

172.1. A bit less than last month but that included taper for a race I never did, lol.

                        211. Not bad considering a rough start with only 12 miles over the first 5 days.
Does that actually take the (non-Cyborg) B&B title? A pretty light month for the B&B.

                            182. Pretty good considering I'm more relaxed with training right now, only focusing on 5ks.

279 miles, including the post 6000 km slump, the pre wisdom teeth sinus scare slump, the post wisdom teeth 4 days off running, and the building back up.

I now seem to be in a good place mentally to start pushing more. Winter makes that challenging, but if I want to race in May, and I kinda do, I need to be in a kind of shape that I want to test in a race.
