Hello, friends.  7 easy miles last night and more of the same tonight.

Google image search appears to be whack.  No matter what I search for, I see images of the same car wreck.  Anyone else having this problem?

          Da fuck is LRB...

          I was not doing that!

I was running, in a bowl of soup.

The last mile of which felt incredibly awesome!

            From the Internet.

Morning dailies! 5 miles this morning - first 3 were hills, then 1.75 miles progression, and the last 0.25 was just shuffling to let most of the sweat drip off so as to not leave a trail from the front door to the shower. I need to add a loop around my flat neighborhood before tackling this route again - the climbing started before I'd even hit a mile so it felt reeeeeally hard.

Morning, dailies!  Today I have strength workout #3: 11 miles total with 3 x 2 miles @ GMP - 10sec.  I was thinking on my run last night about how none of the other coaches really have this pace in their plans.  But then I was wondering if it's just the most of the coaches' paces were developed for the elites, and the faster you are, the closer this pace is to HMP.  In any case, the Hansons seem to feel that it's an important pace for developing stamina, and who am I to argue with them?  It will be after work running for me again tonight.

D- Have a good run later!

Sly- Good luck on the 18!  Good thing you're fast enough to get done before it's TOO hot, right?

                LRB- Nice run!

Phil- Have a good run later.

I got an easy 4.3 miles in this morning. It was a measly 75 degrees, but 94% humidity and a dew point of 73 with no wind so it sucked some....

4 miles this morning. Hot and humid. Why was it still 83 degrees at 5 AM?

Cause you sent the heat to Miami.  It was 90F (heat index) here at that time.  Take it back!

I just ate my weight in eggs and potatoes!

I am recovering really well from my MRT exploits and feel the best I have in forever, it's really weird.
