151...isn't that some hard liquor label?
marathon pr - 3:16
Down a bit to 240 this month - mostly due to one lazy week when I only ran 17 miles.
Short term goal: 17:59 5K
Mid term goal: 2:54:59 marathon
Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life. (I started running at age 45).
Don Q baby, where a mere half cup in the punch bowl would lay the entire party out. lol
138 miles - highest this year.
Penguin Power!
Lowest of anyone on the thread: 89.8
I'm okay with that - it is actually my second highest month of the year. :-) Maybe next month I'll crack three digits for the first time ever.
Upcoming Races: Run as One 4M (4/24) * Japan Run 4M (5/8) * Brooklyn Half (5/21)

59.1. Not so bad considering I had surgery on the 14th!
In honor of my 151, this was the result of my celebration.
lol
Are we there, yet?
A disappointing 132.8 miles due to a sore knee and losing a week to illness. That's my lowest in well over a year.
2024 Races:
03/09 - Livingston Oval Ultra 6-Hour, 22.88 miles
05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour

248 for me. I will hit 2000 for the year at mile 14 of my marathon tomorrow.

89.4.....highest of the year (just barely). After such a sucky, low mileage summer I will take it!
