You had a big birthday so your NYCM Q time is 1:32 now, right?
Yes. Can't really know what they'll do though so I'm going for broke.
I lost my rama
Impressive! Even with your shoelace untied....
this is my 10k PR course
3/17 - NYC Half
4/28 - Big Sur Marathon DNS
6/29 - Forbidden Forest 30 Hour
8/29 - A Race for the Ages - will be given 47 hours
they already announced those were the standards for the 2019 race
I think that's probably the right choice (I only said Lakefront since I am going to be there). Did you ask your coach for his input?
I did, but then I realized airfare would be hard to cancel so I emailed him again and told him I'm sticking with Hamilton...just waiting for him to respond.
And that is one crazy hill for your HM PR! Holy crap!
They don't ever "move the goalposts" like Boston does?
I don't know. But since I don't know shit about anything, this is a post just to pass the time.
7.5 miles on the TM
From what I can see, your time is your time. There doesn't appear to be any of the nonsense that the BAA has become infamous for.
I have never heard of anyone meeting the standard and not getting in
That's how it should be.

Those are all of my goals, they'll come crashing to earth soon enough. lol
Well good luck, sir. I really hope you do well, like the LRB that was winning races.

Ah yes, I remember him. Whatever happened to that guy? He's probably hanging out with the DaveP who was running BQ times.
Dave
AFAIK, the standards for the 2019 race are fixed, as they apply to races run during 2018 calendar year. Presumably they could change it for 2020.
But it's first come, first served until they fill up the designated number of spots, right?
Strength training. I almost feel normal. Finally.
