Uffda
Morning!
Damaris, congrats on registering for Paris! Ooooh, la la!
10 mile Tempo run for me today. Actually only about 30 minutes of my 90 minute run was at tempo pace. I'm just running the stuff that Daniel's has in his plan.
Have a great day!

Hey guys! DD is headed to the airport with her robotics team! I will be running early with my school's Girls on the Run, then working late, then hopefully sneaking in a few more miles tonight.
Morning, all!
5.1 miles this morning with 2 at GMP. Legs had a bit of pep, but of course I would have loved even more.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
Former Bad Ass
Scotty, I only did 8. Too hot, too tired, and therefore, too lazy.
Damaris
7 done. It was a bit nipply but I will take that over what Scotty has all day everyday and twice on Sunday!

Hi dailies:
Rick - enjoy the cool weather, I'll be at the indoor facilitays where there's no wet snow falling
Baboon - TM is a good idea. That 3 week taper will not get a chapter in my book.
Free - time flies
Lily - have a good tempo
D^2 - coffee is also a good idea
D - Paris! congrats on getting in.
Basya - glad you can get back to normal soon
Scotty - let's average our degrees and we'll both have wonderful running days
DaveP - have you seen any of the tiny Key Deer yet?
Lauren - good day to you as well
B+ - hey, no fartleking on the snooze button
Hobbit - you are able to plant outside, winning. I'm working on indoor seed starters today.
Brrr - good tempo
Zelanie - good luck to the robotics team
Step - step with pep
I am *highly* tempted to just stay in my pajamas and hide from this weather. To think that on Sunday I walked around on the beach in shorts and a tee, at nearly the exact same latitude. Arg.

Conversation I just had at work:
Lady: Phil, did you run the Boston Marathon Monday?
Me: No. I am running the Vermont City marathon next month though.
Lady: Oh really? How long is that one?
*sigh*
<3
Slept in a little and only managed 4 recovery miles this morning. If I get off work at a reasonable time I may try for another easy few TM miles this evening.

That's a good one.
My mom still asks about my 5k Marathons. What's weird is that when she walks a 5k, she doesn't refer to it is a 5k Marathon.
Three week taper will go something like 50, 40, 30 miles.
While you will go something like nuts, bonkers and absolutely crazy!
D2, I completely screwed up a k-cup this morning and had to brew a second one! Grrr.
By the way, now that Kuerig no longer holds the patent on k-cups, look for prices to drop as other companies make their own.
Hi lily, enjoy your run later!
FS, how is that nagging injury you had? Was it your calf?
Damaris, have you ever not gotten into a marathon that you wanted to run!
Hi B!
Stay cool Scotty!
Key it up Dave!
Enjoy the farts BP!
Hobbit, I usually wash clothes about four times a week. Mostly running crap! lol
Hello Lauren, how are you feeling?
Things are winding down nicely for you Drew!
Zel, do you have goal race withdrawals yet?
Nice run Step!
Hi Meaghan!
Jay, it was 77 degrees here Monday. Two days later it was 37!
Phil, someone asked if I ran the Boston Marathon and I said no I am running Detroit on October 19. They then said, "Cool. When are you running it?"
yup...one of my sisters has done the same thing to me...it's cool, she's cool....by the way phil, i think you are going to run a great race.
3 miles per day lately...the back has been funky...have a great day everyone!

Yes, I didn't get into London.
The ache is kind of gone and kind of here, it's not as bad and I think the trails are helping..... it was mainly the right ankle, but the left one kind of aches too. I have Kinesoi tape on it now... or however it's spelled. I think I put it on correctly, I watched a video.
...or however it's spelled.
It's spelled E.A.S.Y. WednesDAILIES.
