Rise and Shine! Or, something like that...
3.7 easy ones. Chilly 20 degrees but sunny and little wind. 58.7 for the week. Going to back it down next week or two and see if I can rid myself of the nagging butt pain... Might as well given there's nothing to train for.
Former Bad Ass
I think you won the dailies by less than a minute.
I have 14 coming up in 31F!
Damaris

Knock on wood wind and rain tonight
6 miles that were just meh. But thankful it was in the 50s and not the cold ass weather everyone else is dealing with.

Jetta and I hit the trails at Lincoln State Park, we ran 15 miles and now we're home, hopefully we can just lie around all day and do nothing else.
Oh, and I'm having french toast for breakfast, bite me!

Gosh I wish I had gotten a pedicure before all this.
OK I'll cancel my thread EVEN THOUGH MINE WAS FIRST!
Ran about 14 with 4 x (2K / 3min) at about HM effort. I was actually following my RP in his workout, so I was not in charge of pace/effort
65 for the week, with satisfying Q work
Super B****
Ended up with just over 14 ... a mile to assess whether the track was too crowded, Mona fartleks that did not go well for a virtual 5K, another 10 meandering miles without venturing into the park because I could tell it was too full of people. Hell, even the perimeter was too full of people!
chasing the impossible

LOL
It's my fault!
Still very dehydrated so I only ran 6. Impromptu cutback week.
