This was a terrible week at work, second only to 9/11. I hope next week is better.
I ran 3.5 before work Friday, can’t remember if I ever had time to post it. Yesterday I slept late and ended up with an USRD, I needed to do a lot of nothing.
Today I ran 8.5 and froze. My internal thoughts the whole way were that I should have worn another full layer and how the hell did I have a head wind on both the out and the back portion of my run. I saw several people in shorts and wondered how their legs kept moving, it was way too cold for that nonsense.
It's my fault!
Well would you look at that, accountability. It seems to be in such short supply these days.
Thank you. All is forgiven.

LOL, I missed the 10:28am from Cy. I swear it said 10:30 (must have been his second post, gah)
I totally missed that Cy had posted just before me!
OK I'll cancel my thread EVEN THOUGH MINE WAS FIRST!
you were...my bad jumping the line!
Lol, Cy. It was my fault.
I am in a generous mood today, you're all forgiven!
30 min pilates. Gosh I wish I had gotten a pedicure before all this.

That’s not considered essential? WTF?

5.6 miles, 58 for the week. With an average pace of 7:59, an extremely rare sub-8 week.
Sometimes it's the little things.

I ran 4!
4.6 miles, . 22 for the week. I've never seen so many people out on a cold, windy and gray day.
I ran a little over 15 to get 70 for the week.
Wow you are really keeping the mileage up, despite stuff.
