So I did 6.2 miles of hills yesterday and its been the best hill run as of yet! Wasn't real fast but I felt much stronger than usual. I have another 6 scheduled for tonight with my Fleet Feet group and depending how the legs feel I might do the 6 mile hill route again tomorrow with some people from work.
