This year has been a trip. The only consistency I've had is that I've been inconsistent.
Are we there, yet?

155.5 for the month of July. I'll take it, considering how much I dislike running in the summer!
126.1. Inching back up there.
301.6
My 2nd highest month ever
156. August will be higher for certain.
MTA: I'm still ahead of Onemile and DaveP in the yearly miles
Jenny will pass me soon enough.
DaveP should pass me before the end of the year.

You'll be back to your 70 mile weeks as soon as you get back from your trip
From the Internet.
235.2. Works for me!
DaveP is kicking himself right now
And the extra 0.1 on the 5k wouldn't have even gotten me there. Plus, I'm pretty surprised to be this close to Lauren at all, the way she's been putting up the numbers.
Maybe I will, maybe I won't. I'm not sure what I'll do. I started thinking about my next running goal only yesterday, and nothing is really tempting me right now.
I really enjoyed my last HM training "a la" Daniels this Spring. Only two quality workouts per week, mixing MP and T pace in the same workout. It seems I was training in my strenghts. But that one weekday workout is hard to fit in the schedule.
I could also start training in my usual way with speed/VO2Max on Tuesdays, 10K/Tempo-ish on Thursdays and a LR on Sunday. That is probably what I'll do if I don't know what I'm training for. Fits easily in my schedule.
I also have this notion that I'd need to train to run faster, and with my weak ass body, that is very dangerous and would definitely mean to lower the weekly mileage. I see dudes who simply run fast. I'm fitter than them, but they are faster. Much faster. If they ran 18 50-60 mpw, they'd smoke me on a marathon. But I'll never beat them in a shorter distance. They are faster. Can I get faster, and then tranlsate that to longer distance? I wish I knew the answer to that. But if I decide to try that path, I will not be racking 70 miles weeks, but rather 30-45 mpw.
