100 miles. I just want consistency for now. It's too hard to build mileage on 4 days a week with no long runs.
Running is dumb.

Team TJ
>25 miles which will give me my second highest annual total miles since I started running.
Running for TJ because he can't.
Stay healthy, I'll take care of the rest.

Run some
Bike some
No specific mileage based goals, Id like 15+ runs and 15+ bike rides, but most will be fairly short and I am squeezing them into a busy holiday schedule.

Life is good.
How'd that work out for ya?

I'd LIKE to finally get a sub-23:00 5K, but I suspect the weather will interfere. I'd like every more to finally get healthy. (Which of these is more hilarious?!)

Fail. 74 miles. I started out the month well, but then I wound up with extensor tendinitis in my left foot and it took me mostly out of commission for about 3 weeks. Just starting to feel better now. Apparently I need to sacrifice even more to make the running gods happy.
I did it 25 times so far, so I'd call it a success!
Yes.
