The Weekend DAILIES (Read 39 times)

    After whining about my sluggishness, and planning a 4-mile recovery run today, I instead did an unplanned 5-mile progression run -- 9:07 (~LR pace), 8:54, 8:42, 8:28, 8:12 (HM PR pace). So that felt pretty good.

    Followed it with an hour of Yin yoga. Which was much more boring than my usual Vinyasa, but probably better for me, holding a lot of long stretches.

        And of course you modified the thread to include yoga so it looks like that is what I was referring to instead of the progression run.

          10.2 at the upper end of easy after taking two whole days off.  Refreshed, and the ding I had been a little concerned about didn't make a peep -- probably nothing more than a slight muscle strain from stumbling on a pothole.
