Back from race.. Very crowded and there's a major choke point which had us queuing for abt 10min+ Was forced to do easy pace, which is good for my cough..
Scotty, haven't had time to visit the doc again. Probably will visit him next week if cough is still there and ask him if asthma could be the issue..
Ginny, no more smoke in my country but the fire in nearby country are still burning.. the wind is to our advantage and didn't bring it here now.

Still coughing. Not worse, not really better too. Haa
Sometimes, 1-2 hrs goes by without a cough. But breathing during run is def affected.
I remember Trout Slayer, that was a good beer. We did a few Big Sky brews when we were hiking Montana. Nice choice.
