I ran 7 MP miles. I went back and forth about just doing an easy day because I was out late for a friend's birthday yesterday and just not feeling it today, but I haven't done a MP workout in a couple weeks so I figure I should at least attempt it. It actually felt...really easy. To the point I was wondering if maybe my garmin wasn't working lol. I usually have a hard time with any MP/steady tempo runs. The HR monitor was way off though, I know my max wasn't 144. Stupid wrist based HR monitors. 43 for the week. Another high, yay.
Cool. Looking forward to seeing what it's like
Still no news; if I don't hear anything before tomorrow morning, I think the safest course of action is to take a rest day.
