Rick, I think that my dear friend Glen can help.

I went with the make your own 6 pack at Kroger option.

Not pictured is a Becks and Dos Equis, one of which was massacred shortly after my arrival to the crib.  The other is in the process of a similar fate.

Congrats to your DW, Phil!  Nice photo of you there!   Hope your miles go well today...or went well if you've already done them.

Congrats, D2, on the 5,000 mile mark!

What's wrong with rain, Basya?  Texas would love some!  Send it our way!

80 miles for the week, impressive Sly!  You are a running machine!

Sorry about your weather, Damaris.  Your reports make me glad I'm in Texas, lol.  Oh, we got hot, but at least we get the occasional cool days too, even in summer.

Way to kick long-run butt, FreeSoul!  Congrats on the PR too!

Nice running for you, Lily!  You live on an island?  Nice.

Congrats on your long run, DaveP, and nice on the IHOP post-run reward!

Way to go on your run, Marjorie, and glad you had good timing and did not get the rain or lightning.

Way to go on the 14 miles, LRB.   Nice post-run treat!

Way to get your last long run in, Zelanie.  Last long run?  So you're heading home soon?

Ooops, I double-posted.  "Sorry about that, Chief."

          Chief?  That's old school!

DaveP MI, any would be fine. According to my dad, they're first cousins.

Phil, congratulations to MBC on her AG award! Cool pic.

            FreeSoul87, nice, sweet refreshment.

scottydawg, fantastic 4.3. How cool that you live around so much natural beauty. I wear a skirt, http://www.koshercasual.com/Sports-Skirt-Nylon-Mesh-Spandex-for-Women_1477_p.html, when I run. At points, it was more than drizzle, which is cool. I don't like having my clothes stick to me.)

I'm off to nap for a few minutes before considering my dinner options.

What are you doing running 17 miles?  Get lost on the trails did 'ya?

                        Runs4Sanity

Haha, I didn't run on the trails I ran on the roads. Originally my plan was 16 but I wanted to avoid a very  hilly section during the final 2 miles so I chose another that would give me 17. I am surprisingly not sore.
