I read this a while ago and never got around to giving my congrats...so congrats! Where you happy about how your nutrition/eating went? Do you think the change-up from salty to sweet helped?
**Ask me about streaking**
Are we there, yet?
Thanks! I think the change helped a lot, as did sticking with water, cola, and ginger ale rather than a sports drink. I don't know if that was directly related or not, but with that regime, I never had a bloated or full feeling like I had at NC 24, so I was eating and drinking more. Another factor was that being a 2.381 mile loop, I wasn't eating and drinking as frequently as on the .9 mile loop at NC 24, so I had more time between to digest the food and my stomach wasn't constantly full.
