Just in case you ever feel a little achy or under the weather or just don't wanna run...........

And she even says she'll be back & try to be in better shape next year........"If I'm still here".

What was your reason again for not running today?  You felt a little tired?

    Love the Half

What I find more impressive than running a marathon at age 91 was that she ran her first marathon at age 76.

      Short term goal: 17:59 5K

      Mid term goal:  2:54:59 marathon

Long term goal: To say I've been a runner half my life.  (I started running at age 45).

      Return To Racing

I'm showing this to DW who thinks 64 is too old run a first FM.

        ps: It didn' t work.

It doesn't work for a DW who is 55 either.

She looks 91 going on 70.  I hope I look that good when I'm 60.
