Awood: I was talking to another parent at swimming and she swears by the Daniels book. I found my vdot and have a good idea about my race and training paces. Check out a website called runbayou.com (or something like that) and you might find it interesting.

That's what I figured. Running Formula. I think I should get it. What is your vdot?
Without a hard race effort to back it up, I'd say 45 give or take.

Hell yeah, but we'd probably end up drinking Natty more often than running. It's weird that my best VDOT score during any given season have come in 10k or HM. I still need to run my 5k's harder. In the spring, I broke my 5k pr twice in one 10k.
