When you do, we want the details.
I never remember the details.

scrape. - I think you now qualify as a trail runner.Bruce - Nice job getting it done in that snow and wind. I stayed inside where it was warm.Robert - Congrats on a lot PBs this month!
Everyone else - Hi!
I'm probably going to run in circles for 8 miles since it is cold, snowy and icy outside. Then an hour strength training class, though I plan to go light on the weights today. It's an instructor I've never had before, and some prefer to go with a faster tempo and higher reps than our usual instructor. Plus, my legs are feeling beat up a bit as it is.
20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.
@runjerseygirl
Pretty sure I had a sex dream of some sort, but I don't recall the details.
Did it involve someone banging on your bedroom window? LOL! And I agree with D. Details ASAP.
Do you even run?
Too bad.
Dave, what part of Michigan are you in?
Detroit area - Novi. You nearby?

Fuzzy: Good luck with those MP miles. Do you have a marathon that you are training for?
Shari: I hope the 8 miles + strength goes well.

8 recovery paced miles set for tonight that will score me a 22 mile PB month. Nice start to the year, for sure!
Ashton Kutcher, Demi Moore, and Bruce Willis walked into my bedroom ... yadda yadda yadda i'm really tired today.
Heidi, thank you. I don't think I was ever in any real danger. It was just a PITA.
StepByStep, I'd need to run a lot further to be a true trail runner.

scotty the Nets are an NBA basketball team . They play 6 miles from my apartment. My dad drove in from Jersey and we went last night. They got their asses kicked by the Miami Heat, but it was still fun! (and wow Lebron James looks TALL in person, which is saying a lot considering it was a NBA court where everyone is tall.)
Yeah let's hear those sex dream details!!!!
