2015 Races
2XU HM - 29 Mar
1) I run a full and half within 8 days so want to plan running that week wisely
2) I'm bailing on cliff bars, and experimenting with gu so hop that goes well.
3) 130 miles
4) make my 22 this week
Antipodean
1) Run two more races - 10 miles on 10/6 and a one mile race on 10/12.
2) Win the Joe Giles mile race (see above) and retain the cup I won last year (it's a club race, limited to members of my running club, so kinda depends on who turns up - there's one master's lady I'm scared of, but she's been busy lately )
3) Get some runs in while in Japan. I'm there from the 22nd through to Halloween with a bunch of kids from my school. I'm not sure I'll have much free time, but can't imagine 9 days without a run. Will take my gear and hope for the best.

You are lucky, Sox start with an all-Eastern Time Series. Plus they are the probably considered the marquee team since the Yankees are out, so the networks will want to keep them prime time. OTOH, Tigers start against Oakland; 5-Hour Energy, here we come.
My goals:
1. Run sporadically, short distances, in pain.2. DNS Detroit Marathon 10/20.
3. Finally see an orthopedic & come up with some kind of plan of action for my f%&*ing knee.
I am highly optimistic about achieving at least the first 2.5 of these.

Start thinking about next races after Oct half, Nov half, Dec full. These next races will include some FE's.
Labrat
1) Sub 2 hours in both HM's I have. 2) Finish HM#2 faster than HM1 (My goal is to peak for HM#3 in November, so I want to see performance improvement over the course of the 3 weeks between these races, not least due to the training effect of running HM#1)

1) 2 hours even for the first
2) PR in the second, quite a bit faster.
So I'll call that good on both.
Now November going faster than HM#2 could be a challenge.
Bonus was the best mileage since January, and dropping a couple of pounds.
