More cold this morning. 5 with a very short interval workout. Now trying to figure out what to wear for Sunday's HM. 34 and partly cloudy to start, up to about 40 and sun by the end. I think the majority of the race on the B&A trail will be shady.

6½ for me. For the first time in a while I was a bit under-dressed and uncomfortably cold during part of my run. 37º and sunny, but with a cold breeze blowing.

My race will be 40-45 degrees, windy, and raining. The really hard rain isn't supposed to hit until early afternoon so I am hoping I can get through the race with "just rain." The forecast tomorrow is 2-3" total.
