Careful how you wear your running tights.... (Read 605 times)

fight me irl, brah

The only thing I have to be careful about when wearing my tights is to wear shorts over the top of them.  I failed to do that on a recent run and let's just say that everything got colder than I'd have liked.

I have a couple pair of their longer length, compression short style. The. Best.

This is an essential item when running in sub zero temps.  I cannot emphasize this enough! Smile

Be careful of the toes that you step on, because they may be connected to the ass that you have to kiss.

I know i worry about my compression knee sleeve sometimes keeping those tendons out of place. I run without it most of the time.

I must say that when I first read this thread yesterday, I was like "duh!"

And then I went all and ran this morning and at mile 2, my tight's right ankle zipper started working it's way into the outside of my ankle bone curve and shoe. I didn't want to stop and fix it, so I just dealt with it the last mile but it altered my gait enough that I had to ice my Achilles when I got home. Damn.

Next time, stop and fix the damn thing! Doh!
