RD for me today, well some decline pushups and planks in store but no running.
Saw The Gentleman last night, really enjoyed it. Very witty and full of the usual Guy Ritchie touch, I'm a fan btw. Definitely one of Matthew's best roles, I like when he plays a "villain" or something darker than romance.

10 miles with RP. Started at 7am so felt like I got 2 extra hours of sleep (bc I did!). Followed that up with 30 min of Beachbody upper body strength. I am really loving doing some strength training in my living room.
My boys went golfing and I'm sitting at home with a cat on my lap. Happy Saturday everyone!
Planned 12 with the group, but ended up hooking up with people doing 14, so I did that.

Yeah that’s been fine for a while. It was a thankfully short-lived flare-up. Hamstring’s fine, knee’s fine. It’s almost like I’m ready to start training for a marathon or something. Knock wood.

14 miles in a snow shower. It was awesome.
3.5 on flat elevated pace...elevated until the ham tighten up😡 tried to do some hill a hour later but that was a no-go. if I still drank adult beverages it would be a 5 hour at the bar followed by a jug of wine and a six pack of Stella day😡
