      I'm thinking oh great, I have to re-learn how to tie my shoes? Watched the video & that's how I do it anyway. Whew.

       

      Nice race. Legend has it Bill Rodgers stopped to tie his shoes en route to winning the NYC Marathon. So you got that going for you.

                    My stupid thing about tying shoes...When I tie my shoes for running, I mentally call it "securing" my laces...then I remember to do a good job and not rush it.  It has worked for me.
