Late check in for me after a busy weekend. Youngest DD absolutely killed it today and yesterday at her swim meet and she is less than one second away from qualifying for the JO's in SEVEN events!! Wow!! We are so proud of her.

Traci: That is great news. I see a 5k on the horizon for you.

Coralie and Kristin: YES!!!!!!!!!!!

Ginny: I used the Smart Coach for my first HM and was pretty happy with it. Like with any program, you can tweak it as you go.  Also, I had a few Dos Equis last night.

Jerry: Nice LR! Those are my favorite.

JBJ: I think you deserve a day off after that.

Bin: Congrats on the mpw PR. I am guessing a 1:44 for your next HM.

Docket: That sounds miserable... ugh!

As for me, I just got in six miles at an 8:31 pace and I think I am back to normal. I have a 10k in three weeks so I am not sure how to train for it. I will likely just build my miles the next two weeks and just run it for fun.
