    PM: easy coach workout.

Turned out to be a pleasant workout weather.

    5.75 miles

    warm-up , progressive 400 repeats, cool down.

Last one was all out - no straining! - somehow I managed a 45 sec 400 on windy hilly gravel...  Go figure

I'm not saying you didn't...but, a 45 second 400m would give you the second fastest US 400m time this year behind only LaShawn Merritt (http://www.usatf.org/statistics/topMarks/2014/Outdoor-Men.aspx)

Come all you no-hopers, you jokers and rogues

As a note: I 'measured' the route as best I could - right at 350m not 400.

ie: it would have been a 51 sec 400, still not shabby. ( on gravel no less !)
