Way better than December (which was like 50-something? LOL) but b/c of my Achilles I haven't been able to run much the last week'ish. Like less than 2 miles.
I hope it doesn't take super long to resolve this issue...2019 was enough of a sucker, and I am hoping 2020 will be much better.

Yea, but I'm not running until the flu or flu like illness goes away. It took a lot of energy to go downstairs today.
Count on about a week give or take a day or two if my experience is any indication.
For some reason I decided to count, and January was my 50th 200+ mile month.
