She Can - one of my resolutions was to stop comparing my speed to others and just be glad to be moving both feet off the ground at the same time, even if I need to walk a bit in between 

Jerry - haven't picked a race for volunteering yet, but there should be plenty of opportunities once the weather gets warmer. My uncle plans to race a half this Spring and it might be cool to volunteer at that race so I can give him some on-course support, and if he wants, I can maybe take out some of his competition 

Ginny - running an entire half seems so ambitious! I'll be grateful if I can beat the fail bus and finish it by running more than walking. My bar is set pretty low, but I'm okay with it
