Pilates and 6. Still feeling like I cannot breathe well but the run was not bad.

I ran 9 with 12x400 w/ 90 second recoveries. I did the warm up outside because my naughty dog needs more exercise and then the intervals on the treadmill at 9.3mph / 6:27 pace.
