2.02 of running warmup; 36 min of run/ stand INTs on the mill.

Still feeling lots of stringy thing in the right leg still  but should be okay for tomorrow’s off work stream grade run.

I will probably change my rest day from Tuesday to today. We have a cold front coming through and the sustained winds are supposed to be 30 MPH with guests up to 50-60 MPH. It is hard to run in those conditions.

          Morning! RD for me.

I might lift after work but need to get some cat snacks because hubby forgot to tell me we were running out and  the Chewy package gets here Wednesday. You should have seen my kitties' faces this morning when I didn't give them any snacks. I'm afraid for my life!

Good morning already omg.  This is going to be a week of dodging the weather.  I did an hour on the treadmill this morning (8.25 miles) due to icy roads.  Bike workout later.

We got 10" of snow yesterday and are supposed to get 3" of warm rain tomorrow night which will wash all that snow away.  There is going to be flooding everywhere.

Normal Seattle winter conditions. However the temps are supposed to drop through the week, to lows in the mid-teens on the weekend. That's about as cold as it ever gets here. This is my 9th winter here and I don't think I've run in <20. At least that means no rain! They're predicting snow, but I have no idea whether that means actual accumulation or just flurries. I imagine the weather people have no idea either.

MTA: looking at my log - yep, lowest is 20.

7 miles in beautiful running weather and as cold as it gets here: sunny and 35F, no wind. Just perfect. There was even frost on the ground in the canyon! That's the closest we get to snow. I pulled a Dave and let my car warm up for like 2 min so the frost on the back window could melt.

5 miles easy at lunch time, taking advantage of the bright sunshine while I can (see Baboon's comment about the coming storm).

+1, only no snow here, just tons of rain.  I expect school closures tomorrow for the potential flooding and high winds.

Nope. I am too old to run in this shit.
