My 5th half ironman, and second time doing "The Beast of the Northeast." 4000' of climbing on the bike, and another 1000' of climbing on the run. My goal is put a dent in last year's time of 5:45. I'd love to PR (5:13) but I think that is a totally unrealistic expectation given the difficulty of this race. It'll come down to the bike.
