Well I have actually been sleeping pretty well lately, so the streak had to end at some point. Last night I slept like a Grumpy Dave; couldn't get to sleep till about 3:30 AM. Fortunately I am flying out of town later so can work from home this morning, therefore I was able to blow off my usual 5:00 run wakeup and instead slept in till 6:30.
Anyway: 2.75 mile warmup to the track, 4 x 1200m w/400m recoveries, 2.5 mile cooldown home, 9 miles total.
Target splits: 5:12. Actual: 5:12, 5:12, 5:10, 5:10.
Boo-yah.

I don't go there AT ALL. Gail goes there and I wait outside for her while she gets her stuff. I can't stand the smells in that place. The smell of ONE cup of coffee about nauseates me, so inside a Starbucks would be OVERWHELMING hell for me, lol.
