Run to live; live to run
Sheeit, haven't you heard? October is all downhill... ...as in a big ass boulder rolling over my ass repeatedly. lol

It isn't down hill until you get to the top of the damn big bridge.

Apparently LRB didn't run at all or he expects us to guess. Geesh ask for a thread then don't use it!

200.2. Not too bad considering that includes 2.5 weeks of taper.
Thanks guys, hope it pays off come November. I don't pay much attention to my HR, but at the end of my second 10 miler today, it was 117, which I think is pretty low, so hopefully that means that the endurance is there. I think I've dropped a lil more weight too, even though I'm eating everything that isn't nailed down (I seriously have never known hunger like this before, it's borderline ridiculous lol), it'll be interesting to see what the scale says when I get home at the end of next week.
Are we there, yet?
I hate to interrupt this dialog by actually posting monthly miles. 136 for me, first time less than 150 since July of last year. Foot and knee problems kept the mileage down. almost a third of it was in one day at NC 24.
