2. Squeezed in 50K at the Labor Pain 12-Hour Run on the last day of the month
3. After falling into a couple day funk and not wanting to run at all, I'm rethinking what I want to do for my birthday. I've been training hard for a solid 18 months and probably need a break.

05/11 - D3 50K 05/25 - What the Duck 12-Hour
06/17 - 6 Days in the Dome 12-Hour.

Stay on track with Hanson's Advanced, weeks 10 - 13 . I know I have to miss at least one run due to travel, will try not to miss any others.
Done! Missed one easy run because of my flight home, that was it. Finally was able to stop swapping days around and just run what the plan said to run, too.
