You know who I bet you hate more - people who are perfectly healthy, but are like, "eh, I just can't get myself motivated to go run".

      Are we there, yet?

        1. Run 200 miles

        2. Find a good tune-up race for NC 24

        3. Decide on a good race in October to celebrate my BD. Having second thoughts about my first choice because of the elevation gains.

        1. Ran 224.5 miles

        2. Squeezed in 50K at the Labor Pain 12-Hour Run on the last day of the month

        3. After falling into a couple day funk and not wanting to run at all, I'm rethinking what I want to do for my birthday. I've been training hard for a solid 18 months and probably need a break.

         2024 Races:

            Yes

No. DW's weekend schedule kind of messed me up on that. (My long runs are in the quality workout category)

              I would like to

              1) not embarrass myself too badly at my 5k on the 9th

              2) get my mileage up to around 250 for the month

              3) begin doing speed work again (and not feel so out of shape)

              1) fail

              2) 260 miles

              3) Doing speedwork (but slow)

Stay on track with Hanson's Advanced, weeks 10 - 13 .  I know I have to miss at least one run due to travel, will try not to miss any others.

Done!  Missed one easy run because of my flight home, that was it.  Finally was able to stop swapping days around and just run what the plan said to run, too. Smile
