Sorry about your sore area, April, but glad you have found out what seems to be the problem. Enjoy the SRD. Thanks for taking the photo, that was great! Wait a minute...why isn't there a photo of you too? Or one of both of you together? Hey now!
Here you go, my dear! Two people you know and a bunch you don't.

Ric-G, amazing run this morning.
AmiK, great run with the man.
Dave, great news!!!
Da Man offered to take me shopping for a few pairs of running shoes for Chanukah. I almost accepted. Almost. The few times I asked him to go shopping with me, he either vociferous refused or tried to weasel his way out of it. I need time to try shoes and make sure they fit me well. So, I declined, preferring to wait until my finances allowed me to buy new shoes in peace, quiet, and pleasure. I have two rules, of which my students and Da Man are aware: no crying, no whining.
Happy Anniversary Scotty Dog!!!!!
Lilac and April -- Love the pictures, thanks for sharing.
Life is good.
Former Bad Ass
At the vet with Sammy, the Pirate kitty. Hoping that what she have is not major.
D2, awesome news!
Got the report back, no fractures!!!!!! I am so freaking happy right now, can't even describe it. They put me on antibiotics, might be a touch of infection causing the swelling, but I can keep running!!!!!!!! The report said the lines were just from growth. I am one happy camper.
Damaris
D2: I'm so freaking happy for you!!!!!!!! That is the BEST news!!!
Scotty: Happy anniversary!!!!

I will blame today's rest day on Valentine's Day. 4th rest day in a row. 6th rest day in the last 7. I've ran only 3 times in the last 11 days. I've been taking it easy and letting my body recover since the half marathon. Tomorrow, I will start training for 5k's again.
Personal Bests:
800M - 2:38 (5/28/13) | 1 Mile -5:54 (5/28/13) | 3K - 11:55 (12/29/12) | 2M - 13:00 (12/1/12) | 5K - 20:00 (4/12/13) | 13.1M - 1:37:24 (2/3/13)
Wickedly Average
That's great news, Dave!
Tom (formerly known as PhotogTom)
5K - 25:16, 10K - 55:31, 15K - 1:20:55, HM - 1:54:54
Supp Dan, supp Ric, any relation to Kenny?
Happy, getting healthy (my knee got tweaked from the half), and getting ready to run a bunch of 5k's.
What are these 5Ks you speak of?
So, Sammy got an ulcer in her eye. So, meds and the cone of shame. The cone of shame has already been destroyed, so we should trust the meds.
While I was at the vet, somebody brought a dog that had been run over by a car. He didn't make it :-(
The owner was leaving on vacation and dropped the dog at his office. He bolted and was run over. The owner was there when I left and he was devastated. Knowing how bad it is to lose a pet, it was very sad.
Great News Dave! Keep Running!
