Does anyone? Most kids (and plenty of adults) think they're pretty creepy.
<---------would prefer if half the population dressed as clowns, at least then there would be an excuse for the shit some of them say and do.
I know! But why are they still around? There is a charitable foundation around here where the money raised goes to hire clowns to visit hospitals for children. I feel sorry for the little guys who are sick and must put up with creepy clowns in their room...

Former Bad Ass
A friend of mine is in the Netherlands and saw this and posted it on my timeline. I'm famous!

May be a bit of a generational thing too. I remember making a comment to my dad about how a lot of people think clowns are creepy, and he was shocked, because "everyone loves clowns". How often do you see a clown under age 70?

My work is just over 3 miles from where I live. I can take my car to work, ride my bike, run ( shower issue) or take the scooter. I mean a gas scooter, a moped. 49.9cc. Kinda cool actually. It doesn't look cool though, I look like a geek
I picture you going around Montreal, on your wife's moped, with your long hair (from the past), black sunglasses, guitar on your back, yelling "War to Walmart!".
Girl you get around! Shit, pretty soon there will be a marathon named after you! lol
My kids love it. They'll pick the moped everytime to go to soccer practice. Costs 8-10 times less gas than my Rav4 too. It's just great for driving around town, I'm never stuck in traffic with it. The only downside is the looks. It doesn't look very alpha-male. But people can say what they want. At 44, I don't care
We had a busy but productive and enjoyable weekend. Hope you all did as well

On my phone was one pic, then on my computer it was another. This is one wacky day!
Congrats on the achievement!

I changed it because I looked fat in the other picture. Looking tired as hell after a 1/2 Iron is
permissible. Looking fat, not so much.
And thank you. We both met our race goal, no
soreness today (but a level of fatigue yesterday that doesn't come close to anything I have
ever felt after a marathon) and planning #2 already.

No worries Dave Same for me with roller coasters, but I don't really get sick... it's just the sick feeling that I don't like.
Clowns are creepy, but I am not afraid of them, I would put them in the same category as a mime... annoyingly creepy.

You just completed a triathlon woman! In this group you are more likely to be judged by your outfit or colors you wore than what you look like after completing an endurance event, if you are judged at all.
Here's an idea, take your thinking cap off. lol

It's not what others think that matters it's what I think and I am my own worst critic by far.
I always see former "fat me" in the mirror or photos. 14 years after losing 40+ pounds
it hasn't changed and probably never will. I'm OK with that I just don't want to see pics of
it. And who could judge my outfits? I work pink for goodness sakes! Color of athletic princesses
race obsessed
Speaking of flying, just booked my flight to DC for MCM...
It is both too damned close and too damned far away...
