Morning! What's up?
Take Charge. Train Harder. Suck Less. No Excuses.

Morning!
Dog does NOT like getting a pill shoved down his throat.
And Van, next time you are at work would you please reprimand whoever left the wind machine turned on in NW Indiana please?
Wandering Wally
Happy Saturday! Got out for a nice, leisurely, 10k at daybreak today. Saw 4-5 whitetails out in a corn field. Looks like they were trying to eat all the corn before the farmer could harvest it. Kids are acting like I fed them Mt. Dew and Hershey Bars for breakfast. Oy.

Morning. Trying to get myself psyched up for the tasks at hand. I think Mom and I have different ideas of what we can get done today. Sigh.
Relentless forward progress
Pam, I'm sure it's a process, getting rid of some of that stuff.
Mike, sounds like a good run.
Doug, I'm just the messenger. Ha.
So I have a 50k trail race in the morning that I am not excited about. It's with my local trail group, but for whatever reason, I could care less about this one. I'll show up, but not sure if I'm doing the whole thing. Can drop at 10.5, 21, or 31.5 miles. Meh.
Rise and Shine.
Yo. Got quite a bit done yesterday, plus got to see the new house. Paying for it today, but it all needed doing. Now the folks are talking about moving after Thanksgiving/as soon as the sale is final. Things just keep accelerating....
Hello crew.
Van - Hope you had fun at whatever distance you did today.
Home again.
Pam, sounds like they are excited about their next chapter. Yay for them.
Mike, I ended up doing the 50k. It was a suck fest the last 13 miles. Seriously. Plus I was pretty nauseous even from the very beginning. About 4500' total elevation change. Then I had to help tear down and stow all the equipment after the race since it's my club. I think we had about 500 runners. Glad it's over though.
Yo, It's Monday. Time to set it up and knock it down.

Morning! MCM done. Took it easy especially with all the potty lines and the lack of water ready at the stations which made me lose time. The Marines put a great race and I had fun.

Sorry you had such a rough time.
Morning. Tons of laundry to do, and planning on a walk at the gym this morning.
Happy Monday!
Van - Way to go! Do you suppose the not feeling so good is related to the recent dietary changes you made? You're a good doobie for helping your club.
Damaris - Nice job!
