Oh yeah baby!
Make that a double! Great stuff, Baboon.
I just had a miserable 4 mile run. Miserable. That means it is massage time and I am making that phone call now. I can feel the knots in my glutes, hips, calves, and my quads feel completely beat up. DW ran 18 and wants to eat a side of beef so we are going to breakfast now. Yum.

You Rang?
Nicely Done Baboon!
Hope you feel better Docket!
I'm back from 14 miles along the beach on five hours of sleep. I watched workers set up the grand stands for the US Open of Surfing. Given that riots broke out lat year at the end of the US Open last year, next weekend might make a good weekend to use the Amtrak and hotel points to get out of town.

Hey everyone!
5 easy recovery miles done. My first week of the Pfitz 18/70 plan went great. I added in some GA and recovery miles and ran 66.9 instead of the projected 54, and feel great. My weight is tracking well and I should hit the 170s for the first time by the end of this next week.
Congrats Phil, that's awesome!

Ty. And yes 58 currently, should be ticking up some in the next 12 weeks. Lotta damn hard work
That was a sick ass run you had Thursday night. So what's your VDOT 58?
Nice one!
..and ran 66.9 instead of the projected 54...
I would never have that problem. lol
Congrats on the weight loss!

I would never have that problem. lol Congrats on the weight loss!
I probably won't be adding mileage as the plan progresses, but for now I feel great.
My weight jumped up a lil after the holiday, but now it's back on track and in the right direction. I'd already be in the 170s if not for that, but ya gotta live it up every once in a while.

Absolutely, especially with all the running we do. Shit, there was a period there where I was eating Ghiradelli chocolate every night after dinner...until I saw them 4 lbs that is. lol
Congrats Baboon!
Excellent ranking, Phil! Congrats! So I take it you got your course PR?
