Former Bad Ass
Morning. I have 5 miles. Most likely on the TM since the only time I have to run is at 3pm and 90F and sunny do not sound good.

+1. Snowing. Again.
From the Internet.
We must be on the same plan, because I have a 14 mile long run this weekend too. That would be funny though, since I pretty much threw my plan together myself. 5.4m easy this morning for me. Little sore from Thursday's workout, so it was REALLY slow.

Ha, no way! I'm also making up my own, with some guidance/feedback from my coach. We should write a book and make money off this if it works!
race obsessed
Poor Rocky. I am sending him e-treats and belly rubs. 'Morning, kids! Early run today. 30 minutes at very easy shakeout effort, turned out to be 3.23 miles at 9:45 pace. It felt kind of nice to run so nice and easy. I didn't even break a sweat, and the 20 degree temps certainly played a role in that. HM tomorrow. It's an important race to me. I hope I do good! 2-6" of snow forecast for tonight which hopefully have little to no impact on the race.

I don't think that will translate.
Poor Rocky agreed.
My previous dog had late in life epilepsy - unfortunately when it hit he was never the same.

That is what I am worried about as he gets older, he'll be 6 years old this October. His vet called, and his blood work and everything else came back great so she is going to start him on the medication today.

6 miles then I'm traveling to my half.
Decided not to run today. Going to the pub instead.
So you're going to drink the day before you have to race 25 laps around an indoor track? Geez, that would not be a good move for me.

Good luck tomorrow! You'll do well, I'm quite sure. If I had the car, I'd drive there to watch.

For running! Not the beach.
Poor Rocky.
Scritches to Rocky. Hopefully the vet can get him fixed up.
4 miles, still sucking wind. I envy everyone who says their running is effortless. That's not a condition I can comprehend.
