January Miles - Watcha Got! (Read 79 times)

I think we should declare that the miles run outside count for two. There is no way in hell I'd have run above 200 if I had had to do it outside. Congratulations, guys!

Some of us feel that treadmill miles should count double.

Checking my log, I did 15 on the treadmill & 12 outside. I conclude they both suck, and should both count as double.

Please revise my total to 494.8 miles.

It definitely can be, has anybody seen the ones with the screens where you type in where you want to run (Grand Canyon, New York, yada, yada) and it sets up that trail or route?

161.6, which is right where I expected to be considering I skied 11 days.  I was aiming for 150.  Back to 230+ in February.

Apparently, my TM can do that if I download a particular route. But I am so dump and impatient that I'd rather jump on the machine and start running, instead of fiddle with it for hours. I really should take a picture of what it is I look at in my garage for more than 10 hours a week. You'll all better understand why I am the way I am.

                  Mmmmm...beer

Horrible month, I was sick twice.  Only 131.3 miles for me, lowest mileage in the last nine months.  But the last week has been good, getting back on track.

                              From the Internet.

71.4, just slightly less than I ran in December. Most consistent 2 months I've ever had, hoping for a similar number next month and maybe an increase by March.
