        142.2.

Started the month with stomach virus - there went one long run.
Missed a few days to a problem in my neck/shoulder.

        Taper/marathon/recovery.

        February needs to be better.

20,000 miles behind me, the world still to see.

979.8, but it was a cutback month for me.

Do you hate round numbers Jay? I wonder how many people are thinking "Why doesn't he just go run 4 more miles?!"

I ran 98 miles. Not quite the 100 I was after, but my highest total since last September when I ran my half. I aim to have the next 6 months or so over 100 miles.

Because his target was 200 miles, and he just happened to run 96 miles over it.

                        97, much better than December's 58.

Finished with around 170, which is a good month for me.

                          Life is good.

I was going to reply, but I'd rather go with this.  Smile

                              No over-use injuries this month!

                                66.  Not the 75 I wanted but I'll take it to start the year.

Running for TJ because he can't.
