Jetta and I ran 3.3 miles, it was fantastic! I haven't had a great run like this in weeks! Even if the wind was like freaking 15-20 miles an hour! The only sore spot was my right quad.

I ran 5 recovery miles. The day was beautiful but the run sucked. Not surprising.

URD. My chest xray was reread and I do have pneumonia (and probably flu even though it was negative).
Ugh! You also have a severe case of the double-posts.
