I am up 6 from where I'd like to be. The good news is that I was up 8 last week.

        From the Internet.

I packed my scale up when we moved and haven't dug it back out yet. I'm guessing 10+ lbs over what I'd like to be for an ideal racing weight, but I've been the same weight for over a year now and am still seeing improvements with more miles/training so no big deal.

Pretty much where I was when I began my training, MAYBE a lb less

Don't hate me, I'm down 20lbs since my marathon in March, and should be able to drop another 5-10lbs before my November marathon.  But I've also been focusing on weight loss just as much as my training, since I know it will help me reach my goal.

              Are we there, yet?

I wouldn't mind dropping 10-15 lbs but my doctor would be unhappy with me if I did.

Not racing [or even running] but my weight has been stable - 140 lbs [competition weight]. Small miracles.

I've lost a couple of pounds.  I'm carrying around an even 150 these days.

103 lbs fully clothed, after breakfast this morning. Reasonably 2-3 lbs over ideal race weight, after a long summer vacation of daily alcoholic beverages and apple pie with ice cream. I never, ever, diet. I hate depriving myself and I don't count calories. I've worked hard enough over the years to have earned that right.

I gained a few since the spring.  I am headed back in the right direction now.

My weight is 170 +/-1 lb no matter what I do. Which is fine, other than it would be nice to drop some weight just to get automatically faster, as apparently happens. But I don't know how I could actually do that, because I cannot. stop. eating.
