8 miles on a lovely morning. Dry and 62º. My legs are rather tired. I'm not sure whether I'll be using the more ambitious route for my 14-miler tomorrow.

12 miles with 6 easy, 3 at MP then 6 x 1 min on/off, rest easy. Went ok. Stupidly humid but no rain or wind yet.
Heading to the Padres game this afternoon, moved from tomorrow.

HEY. I ran 5 miles on the strugglebus this morning. My legs felt ok but I had no energy. Just a 5 mile run but I needed to stop twice to rest. LR tomorrow and I'll spend this afternoon just shoveling calories down my pie hole.

Did a short run last night at about 11 PM. It was still 97 degrees after a high yesterday of 110.

I ran 3 with some strides and did Pilates.

22 miles, and it was a slog. I just wanted to grind out the miles today, wasn’t worried about pace. So I got that done anyway. Fortunately the weather has cooled off a bit, so it was nice. But just in time for the smoke to roll in tomorrow.

Of work day pool mix warmup… tomorrow workday and run… my new work schedule is what it isn’t
